Installing Ruby on Rails in Windows

I have been following the excellent guide here: http://railsinstaller.org/windows

The only issue I found refers to the sample app:

 

I cannot run the sample app because the sqlite3 gem is not working. To overcome the issue edit Gemfile and move the


C:\Sites\todo>rake db:install
rake aborted!
You have already activated rake 0.9.2.2, but your Gemfile requires rake 0.9.2. U
sing bundle exec may solve this.
