There are several things you can do in the area of working together with Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Google Webmaster
1) Link accounts.
Webmaster and Analytics: In the analytics pane you can link the webmaster account, this is pretty simple, and it will allow you see the queries
Adwords and Analytics: This will allow you to measure the success of the campaigns, but you will need to ensure that the links in the ads have the appropriate information to send to google, and you can do that with this page, the URL builder that google provides: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1033867
By the way, you can use this not only to identify clicks from Adwords campaigns, but also in your emailing campaigns.

2) Put targets in your pages and track the results:
